JOB TITLE: Teller / Customer Service Associate - Hongkong
REPORTS TO: BRANCH HEAD
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Responsible for providing satisfactory replies to client/agents/customer inquiries on the products and services of the Company.
- Accepts, processes and encodes remittance transactions into iRemit Foreign System.
- Attends to remitters` inquiries, follow-ups, and concerns regarding their remittance.
- Sells products and services through cross selling, flyer distribution or addressing clients` concerns
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration or finance
- Proven track record in creating rapport with clients/customers
- Sales-oriented and results-driven
- Positive outlook, persistent, and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Applicant should be a residence in Hongkong
