Global Sales and Marketing Head

The Global Sales Head is responsible for directing, overseeing, and monitoring the implementation of business strategies and marketing plans of all Foreign Offices and Tie-ups to achieve targeted sales generation, profit and volume goals in accordance with the Company's strategic business plans.

This person will direct the operations and functional requirements of all Country Heads in their assigned territory. This includes all aspects of the business such as marketing, operations, finance and people management. This person is responsible for directing the growth of the business, financial profitability, customer fulfillment and maintenance of all accounts handles.

He/She will monitor the performance of Foreign Offices through their respective Country Heads to ensure that Company goals and targets are achieved. He/she oversees the formulation of marketing strategies for each country to increase market share and profitability.

Functional Competency Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Degree in postgraduate studies in business management (advantage)
  • Has experience in Senior level in remittance/consumer industry for at least 5 years
  • With hands-on work experience in marketing position. Preferable with Foreign Office exposure.
  • Five (5) years sales management experience in a managerial capacity gained from financial/consumer industry
  • Knowledgeable on the different remittance products and services (advantage)
  • Excellent in sales management and financial management
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, assertive and with good business acumen.
  • Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent in meeting customer expectations
  • Expert in sales/marketing techniques
  • Male/Female, not more than 55 years old
