Regional Head

  • The Country Head manages the operations and functional requirements of all Foreign Office Heads in his/her assigned territory and local staff complement. This includes the different aspects of the business such as marketing, operations, finance and people management. He is responsible for managing the growth of the region and for ensuring the profitability, fulfillment and maintenance of all accounts handled.
  • Monitors the performance of Foreign Office Head to ensure that Company goals and targets are achieved.


Functional Competency Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age 25 – 35
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in any business-related course,
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in business / product development, marketing management, preferably in a banking / remittance industry, is required for this position
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, basic financial analysis, computation of ROI, cost-benefit analysis and research
  • Must have knowledge in the use of MS Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint
    Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, assertive and with good business acumen.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Applicants must be willing to work for extended hours, weekends and holidays
