Regional Sales Manager

  • Executes Company’s global expansion plans and manage business relationship with foreign partners
  • Develops and manages distribution channels abroad to expand market coverage and increase market share
  • Formulates marketing strategies to be executed by the foreign offices to increase sales and profitability
  • Develops new business opportunities that will expand market reach and coverage to increase sales and profitability for the Company
  • Manages operations of Foreign Offices and Local staff complement by incorporating structure if needed and complying with existing policies and procedures
  • Complies with Excom-approved credit policy and settlement requirements, and reviews financial statements and profitability as against set targets
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of their assigned Countries to ensure the efficient handling of
  • Reviews the monthly financial statements and takes corrective measure as appropriate
  • Attends to customer complaints and timely submission of reports to different units of the Company.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to foreign and local staff complement to ensure that company and individual targets are met.



Functional Competency Requirements:

  • Must have a University degree in marketing, business administration, or economics
  • With degree in postgraduate studies in business or equivalent work experience
  • With understanding of relevant legal, technology and communication requirements needed by the business in relation to function being undertaken
  • Three (3) years minimum experience in hands-on marketing position. Preferably with Foreign Office exposure
  • Two (2) years sales management experience in a managerial capacity gained from financial institutions and or remittance companies
  • Must be knowledgeable on the different remittance products and services.
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, assertive and with good business acumen.
  • Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Creative and innovative
  • Openly shares information, opinions and ideas with others. Understands when information may be unpopular or sensitive and presents this to others in a way that conveys an appreciation for their position or the situation
