Service Fulfillment Associate (for Bank to Bank)

  • Responsible for checking and maintaining the systems, methods and processes in bank to bank remittance service to ensure the profitability and cost efficiency of service providers, the implementation of needed operational systems, procedures and controls, and the smooth uninterrupted flow of remittance services.


Functional Competency Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in any business course
  • Significant work in banking or remittance industry at associate level position is an advantage
  • Experience in finance or remittance products or services preferred but not required
  • Good interpersonal Skills, people-oriented, service-oriented, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Can start immediately
