Trainer

  • Assists in the entire process of the training cycle: Conducting Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Development, Training Implementation and Facilitation, Training Evaluation
  • Assists in the conduct of research, analysis and reporting of data generated on the processes of a training cycle
  • Assists in the preparation of presentation materials and other logistics work.



Functional Competency Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Philosophy, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in training design, training facilitation
  • Required skill(s): Training and OD functions.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
