The Company was incorporated and registered with the SEC on March 5, 2001. The first international branch of iRemit, Lucky Star Management Limited, was opened in Hong Kong in May 2001. In August 2001, the Company’s tie-up in Canada started operations. In October of the same year, its Singapore subsidiary commenced operations followed by its tie-up in Australia in September 2002.  In a span of six years, iRemit takes pride of its growing network in 24 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America, attaining unprecedented growth still unmatched by any company in its category. At present, iRemit Inc. has 364 outlets, partners and tie-ups worldwide. The company maintained mutually rewarding partnerships and long-term client relationships throughout the years.
